Park Store & Office
The check-in office is expected to start construction in Summer, 2026. It will house a market for sundries and propane as well as other essentials.
Community Pavillion
Is currently under construction and will house facilities for community cookouts, games, and social gatherings. To be completed summer of 2026.

Walking trails are being constructed for those who may like to get a short leisurely stroll and enjoy a closer look at nature.
Boardwalk to Trout Creek
Traverse the 350′ boardwalk to the scenic Trout Creek and view Florida’s wetland flora and fauna. Although access to the creek is not allowed, you will enjoy the nature scenery.
Amenity Lawn
Come enjoy your favorite lawn game, from horse-shoes to corn-hole and more. To be completed summer of 2026.
